Job Description:

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by driving end-to-end recruitment efforts. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, team leads, and HR to identify staffing needs, craft job descriptions, build talent pipelines, and implement recruiting strategies that attract top-tier candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage for various roles across multiple departments, focusing on [engineering, sales, marketing, IT, and Customer Service].
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source and engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and other creative channels.
  • Manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline while maintaining a high level of candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Stay current with hiring trends, market data, and best practices to attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for diverse roles, particularly in [tech/startup/industry-specific].
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
