We are looking for a HR & Admin Executive to work with us at Phyto Herbal Industries Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd (factory based).
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HRM including talent sourcing, recruitment, training & development, payroll administration, employee safety & health, and factory administrative support.
- Job advertisement posting, screen & arrange job interview, and employee onboarding.
- Work with line manager on planning of employee training and development program.
- Organize employee engagement activities i.e. festive celebration, monthly birthday etc.
- Prepare and submit HR report before 10th of every month to Corporate Talent Management.
- Ensure execution and enforcement of employee policy and upheld disciplinary procedures.
- Review and update approved HR policy manual, welfare & benefits, and other HR documentation on a regular basis.
- Handle staff grievance and discipline issue such as counseling and solve problem between staff and department.
- Work with line manager on employee performance appraisal including distribution of appraisal form, compilation of appraisal summary.
- Responsible for all activities for security guard and cleaner.
- Any other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Degree/Diploma in Human Resource or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in HR & Admin is preferred
- Experience in payroll processing and preferably familiar with EPE payroll system
- Familiar with Employment Act is an added advantage
- Computer literacy i.e. Microsoft Office, Payroll software etc.
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dynamic, proactive, responsible, committed, and good working attitude
- Adaptive and reception to change
- Passion & enthusiastic in HR & Admin functions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ulu Tiram: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)
- Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
