  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This multifaceted role encompasses responsibilities in RPA automation, technical recruitment, and expatriate visa administration. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in HR processes, technical recruitment and RPA tools.

Key Responsibilities:

RPA Automation:

  • Design, develop and implement RPA solutions to enhance HR processes
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to identify and automate repetitive tasks
  • Analyze and suggest best RPA & automation solutions to ensure optimal performance
  • Experienced advanced excel capability leading to dashboards like PowerBI, etc etc.

Technical Recruitment:

  • Source, screen and interview candidates for technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to candidate onboarding.

Expat Visa Administration:

  • Oversee visa applications and renewals for expatriate employees
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian Immigration laws and regulations
  • Provide support and guidance to expatriate employees on visa-related matters.
  • Expert in PERKESO and MDEC requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in RPA development and implementation.
  • Advanced skills in excel, pivot table and dashboards
  • Proven technical recruitment skills with a successful hiring track record
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian visa and Immigration processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
