ASSISTANT PRINTING MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Experience in Printing Textile Management field is COMPULSORY. 2) Responsible for communicating and following up the production, solving the problems and process quality, and continuously optimizing and updating the printing manufacturing process. 3) Responsible for the whole process monitoring of production delivery and quality, supervise the production process of the manufacturer and track and deal with the delivery time, quality and process. 4) Do a good job in the pre-production preparation, review the reasonable of the sample fabric, and various production documents, and confirm the configuration, arrival time and inspection report of the surface accessories. 5) Manage and direct workers in printing operations. Schedule production to maintain quality and on-time delivery dates. 6) Use continuous improvement methods to increase efficiency and reduce waste and down times. 7) Set Training SOP and Oversee proper training program. 8) Work closely with Plant Manager to ensure client demands are being met and/or exceeded. 9) Ensure all machines are calibrated and adjusted to maximum quality and efficiency, ensure regular maintenance scheduling and train the workers to maintain and use in proper way. 10) Responsible for solving the quality problems of version and process, and continuously optimizing and updating the printing manufacturing process.
