Site Safety Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel on our job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to enforce safety regulations effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and policies on-site. - Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. - Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and subcontractors. - Investigate accidents and incidents, compiling reports and recommending preventive measures. - Collaborate with project managers to ensure safety measures are integrated into project planning. - Maintain accurate safety records and documentation. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or similar role. - Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the construction industry. - Certification on Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is preferred. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
