KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Perform PPM according to the scheduled date and time. 2. Inspect assets to determine whether they are in good or poor condition. 3. File all related documentation. 4. Ensure all necessary tools are available for the work. 5. Respond to breakdowns as per user requests. 6. Attend Testing and Commissioning (T&C) for agreed asset maintenance. 7. Conduct site visits for other projects. 8. Lead projects, representing the site. 9. Take the initiative to complete work; if unable to do so within 7 days, consult with R0 to obtain an LPO for an exemption request. 10. Undertake other projects besides agreed asset maintenance. 11. Communicate and discuss related issues with customers/end users. 12. Attend meetings with the hospital to address related issues. 13. Ensure all safety measures are in place when performing any job/work. 14. Take the initiative to reduce or resolve any related issues, such as maintenance problems. 15. Prepare related documentation for projects or agreed assets. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Diploma in Electrical & Electronic, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
