Warehouse & Store Assistant

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

a) Receiving of goods from suppliers including physical checking on product quality, quantity and expiry date.

b) Conduct daily replenishment of stock.

c) Picking as per pick list provided by supervisor and check before moving to staging area.

d) To perform inventory cycle count / stock count on monthly basic.

e) Perform stock integrity checking in warehouse as and when required.

f) Ensure warehouse cleanliness standard are maintained.

g) Ensure follow company safety procedure of handling and transferring materials and parts.

h) Tally and checking all despatches of physical finished product at storage area accurately.

i) To monitor and report on stock damaged.

j) Perform stock count.

k) Ensure proper stacking, stock arrangement and labelling.

l) Implement “First-In First-Out” system. (Especially for all consumables and welding rod/ wire).

m) Ensure proper house-keeping.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years related experience.
• Computer Literate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
