Logistics Coordinator

Job Description 1. Manage import & export containers to ensure the accuracy of the shipment deliveries. 2. Liaise with logistics service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods. 3. Sourcing for third party logistics service quotations to get competitive rates. 4. Inventory recording for E-waste, scrap metals, sampling and metallic inventory updates. 5. Arrange courier services for documentation, gifts, samples. 6. Create work order for the Production Team upon receipt of materials. 7. Create invoice & packing lists and update shipment information in Master list file. 8. Maintain records of scrap metal weight and issue invoice. 9. Proper filing of shipping documentations manually and electronically. 10. Upload information and photos of samples into company system. 11. Review bills and invoices to prevent over-billing. 12. Freight cost and documentations audit. 17. Address and resolve any logistical issues that arise during transportation, including delays, damages, or lost goods. 18. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors regarding delivery inquiries or issues. 19. Track performance metrics (on-time delivery rates, shipment costs, etc.) to identify areas for improvement. 20. Provide regular reports to management regarding logistics activities, costs, and performance. 21. Monitor stock levels in warehouses and arrange for replenishment as needed. 22. Coordinate the movement of goods between warehouses or from warehouses to customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 23. Monthly reports generation including DOE, Police second hand items, sales personnel KPI, freight report, month-end stocks etc.
