PART-TIME ENGLISH TEACHER

We are seeking an enthusiastic English teacher with a proven record of delivering engaging lessons to students aged 4 and above. The ideal candidate will be driven, organized, and committed to fostering a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver English lessons following CEFL’s curriculum
• Assess students’ work, including homework, and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, attendance, and student progress
• Keep the classroom organized and manage discipline effectively
• Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (once annually)
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated on best teaching practices

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English, demonstrated by Cambridge English Qualifications, SPM 1119, MUET, or IELTS results
• Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary qualification
• Has, or is willing to pursue, a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., CELTA, TESL, CertTESOL, TEFL, CELT, or CIDTL)
• Enjoys working with children and young learners
• Prior teaching or educational experience is preferred
• Recent graduates with a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply
