Job Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, verify and process documentation from customer, shipping agent, co-loader, customs agent & overseas offices/agents;
  • Inform delivering parties of customs clearance, delivery instructions and required information;
  • Handle daily tasks, customer enquiries, inbound & outbound shipments;
  • Work closely with customers & suppliers to ensure smooth operation planning;
  • Preparation of shipping documents;
  • Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers;
  • Assist customers with inquiries (via email & telephone);
  • Meet KPI standards, as per the company’s procedures;
  • Arrange for transportation, warehousing, or product distribution of imported or exported products;
  • Handling customer’s enquiries and shipment closely;
  • Able to handle Air & Ocean (FCL & LCL) shipment for exportation & importation;
  • All correspondence, relevant to a specific job file, must be kept in the job file at all times and updating into company’s system;
  • To build close, strong relationships with all customers, hauliers, trucking vendor and agents as well;
  • Declaration of ZB1, ZB2 & ZB4;
  • Custom declaration – K1, K2, K3, K8;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Transportation or any field;
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English;
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Klang, Selangor;
  • Pleasant personality, dynamic and aggressive;
  • Opportunity to be converted to permanent after internship.
