Arche Digital is a leading E-Commerce Enabler and Fulfillment Center in Malaysia that provides full service of E-Commerce supply chain activities from brand store management to order fulfillment. Our aims is to help businesses or brands to expand their business into e-commerce marketplaces, such as Tik Tok, Lazada, Shopee etc. Our clientele are retailers, manufacturers and brand owners.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth in the Direct-To-Consumer (D2C) Enterprise Business by managing sales pipelines and developing relationships with business owners. This role involves conducting market research, formulating strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business objectives and sustainable growth.
Business Development and Account overseeing:
- -Oversee both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities for the entire Direct-To-Consumers (D2C) Enterprise Business, including planning, negotiating, managing and developing sustainable relationships with local/overseas Business Owners (Principal). -To work closely with the head of marketing, operation and finance team on negotiating, planning with 3rd parties (logistics, fulfillment houses, local vendors) on deals/contracts finalization, and ensure seamless communication established between business owners (principal). -To coordinate with respective Arche Digital key account manager to garner support for marketing plan and execution.
Business Research, Analytics, Strategy and Reporting:
- -To do research and analysis on market / product demands and patterns. -To develop strategy planning and monitoring on budgets, forecasts, and result. These include short and long-term objectives, customer metrics, and overall business/sales performance. -Provide recommendations of brand product with growth plans.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. -Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the D2C sector. -Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a track record of successful partnerships. -Proficient in market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. -Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to develop actionable growth plans. -Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
