This position will support the daily operations of the store/warehouse, assisting with inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This hands-on role provides valuable exposure to logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management practices.

Job Description :

  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Provide general administrative support to the customer service department.
  • Process stock and product movements accurately in the ERP/SAP system.
  • Pick items with high accuracy (quantity & model) based on system orders.
  • Assist in other warehouse operations such as Receiving, Packing, and Stock Organization.
  • Maintain and track inventory levels; ensure proper storage and organization of products in the warehouse.
  • Support warehouse documentation and daily operational tasks.
  • Ensure professionalism, good work ethic, and teamwork during working hours.

Job Requirements :

  • Open to candidates with a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
  • Willing to work in a warehouse/store environment.
  • Able to perform tasks as requested by the supervisor and team.
  • Must be honest, hardworking, and a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Motivated, takes initiative, and willing to learn new skills.
  • Must have own transportation and be punctual.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
