Food & Beverage Assistant

Requirements:  Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required – we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn.  Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.  Strong multitasking and communication skills.  Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Responsibilities:  Greeting and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.  Present menus, make recommendations, and take accurate orders.  Serve food and beverages promptly and in accordance with established standards.  Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests.  Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.  Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
