Job Description Service Crew 1) Ensure day-to-day outlet operations are carried out smoothly. 2) Greet & attend to customers' requests 3) Taking orders & serving customers. 4) Recommend items to customers with add-on items or promote other products. 5) Maintain outlet cleanliness & product quality. 6) Check & report any damaged goods. 7) Update work reports & documents. 8) Team player. Requirements 1) Minimum SPM qualifications. 2) Applicants with the legal right to work in Malaysia. 3) Flexible to work overtime, shifts, weekends, & public holidays (6 days a week). 4) Ability to stand for long amounts of time & work in a fast-paced environment. 5) Positive attitude & commitment to customer satisfaction. 6) With or without experience, as training will be provided. 7) Punctual & reliable.
