The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing and Outreach
- Actively source candidates using various platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruiting tools.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future needs.
- Screening and Assessment
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and to create targeted interview processes for different technical positions.
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide interview feedback and guide candidates through each stage of the process, from initial interview to final offer.
- Offer Management and Negotiation
- Extend job offers, handle negotiations on terms, and address any candidate questions.
- Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure competitive offers aligned with the company’s compensation structure.
- Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
- Promote the company’s employer brand and create a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in crafting job descriptions and recruiting materials that highlight the company's values, culture, and benefits.
- Database Management and Reporting
- Track and manage candidates within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates and reports on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruiting role, preferably within an agency or in-house.
- Strong knowledge of technical job roles and skills (e.g., software development, data science, network administration).
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in ATS software and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
