M&E Project Manager

Job responsibilities:

1. Oversee a project management team.

2. Accountable & managing for the daily management of M&E projects, encompassing overall progress,

construction quality, and safety management.

3. Coordination of work surfaces across diverse professional contractors;

4. Engage in communication and coordination with proprietors and consultants;

5. Attend meetings convened by consultants and address issues that emerge during construction;

6. Resolved all site issue.

Job requirements:

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, M&E related major;

2. Have more than five years of work experience and more than two years of project experience;

3. Strong on-site communication, coordination and management capabilities;

4. Strong sense of responsibility and strong sense of teamwork;

5. Proficient in Chinese;

6. Priority will be given to those with experience in factory engineering construction management.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex project challenges and

deliver high-quality results.
