Marketing Assistant

Job responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, email, and events.
• Create engaging content for marketing materials, including social media posts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the performance of campaigns.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing marketing materials and assets.
• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, including trade shows and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as design, sales, and operations to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing to bring fresh ideas and insights to the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
• Welcome fresh graduates who are passionate, motivated, and ready to learn or/and at least 1 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
• Outgoing and friendly personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities.
• Possession of own transportation.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator InDesign, and Dreamweaver & photography and videography skills experience will be an advantage
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm), Alternate Saturday (9:00am to 1:00pm)
