  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage implementation and compliance of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

2. Manage and lead the QA Department; QA/QC and Laboratory accordingly to ensure completion of tasks/goals.

3. Manage and lead the QA team and internal auditors to ensure that goals are understood, provide guidance, mentoring and feedback against performance and development objectives.

4. Plan, lead and monitor execution of work assignments for the Department for day-to-day tasks.

5. Assist Operations Department to establish, improve and implement standards, processes and procedures.

6. Executes validation and qualification studies, perform investigations as well as other technical assignments.

7. Handle Change Control, Deviations, Corrective Actions Requests through effective quality management tools.

8. Handle customer complaints from investigation phase until full report issuance including providing awareness training to personnel involved, when required.

9. Actively involve in both internal and external audits and Management Review Meeting to ensure compliance to QMS.

10. Review quality procedures and Work Instructions to be in-compliance with current practices.

11. Attending any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Quality Manager/Management whenever required.

12. To manage and maintain industrial effluent treatment systems by ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.

13. Any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any science-related field or equivalent.
  • Diploma holders with at least 3 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be independent, with strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills, and capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in advanced quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrates risk-based thinking in quality assurance.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Able to work independently and also act as a team player.
  • Full-time position available.
