Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Group CEO at Enviro Group located in Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support, managing expense reports, facilitating communication, and offering administrative assistance to the CEO on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
  • Experience in managing expense reports and providing administrative assistance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Relevant certification or diploma in administrative field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in office management, project management, or executive support (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP)) are a plus.
  • Professional Experiences
  • At least 5+ years of experience in executive support or administrative roles, preferably supporting senior executives and above.
  • Proven track record in managing complex schedules, coordinating multiple projects, and handling diverse tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in high-pressure environments, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and stay organized.
  • Technical Skills
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software (e.g., project management tools like Google Suite, Basecamp, or Teams).
  • Strong IT literacy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
  • Advanced skills in document preparation, report generation, and data analysis.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external communication. Both in Bahasa Malaysia & English
