Role & Responsibilities

As a Partnership Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our success. You will be fully accountable for identifying and acquiring new company leads, and nurturing partnerships with them to ensure successful internship placements. You will report to the Partnership Success Manager and contribute to matching candidates with rewarding internships that align with their career aspirations.

  • Partnership Management & Growth: Manage and continuously grow new and existing partnerships, ensuring mutual satisfaction and role alignment with our internship candidate profiles.
  • Strategy Support: Support your line manager in developing and implementing strategies to expand our network of company leads globally, contributing to the growth of Beyond Academy’s reach.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and acquire new company leads through multichannel efforts across various industries and convert them into active partners.
  • Opportunity Assessment: Actively seek out and assess internship opportunities that provide meaningful, career-enhancing experiences for students.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate internally to ensure smooth placement experiences, adhering to timelines and company expectations, while effectively working with other departments across different time zones.
  • Partnership Management: Ensure partners are delivering meaningful and fulfilling experiences for internship candidates through continuous follow-ups that help foster good partner relationships and improve the quality and relevance of future placements.

Timezone

  • Availability: Full-time commitment required Monday to Friday
  • Training: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Malaysia Time during the initial 4-month probation period, providing access to training, team meetings, and onboarding support for success from the UK and European markets.
  • Post-Probation: Flexible hours are available, provided that core overlapping hours from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Malaysia time (9:00 AM to 11:00 AM UK time) are maintained. This promotes work-life balance while ensuring alignment with our UK team and clients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or business development
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining successful relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment, managing various tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Fluent or highly proficient in English, both written and spoken
