Responsibilities
- Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials (brochures, website content, flyers, signage) to support property launches.
- Plan and manage social media content and online campaigns to engage potential homebuyers and investors.
- Organize private events, launch events, and roadshows to generate interest and attract leads.
- Conduct market research to understand buyer preferences, competitors, and market trends to refine marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to create sales-supporting materials, such as promotional flyers and presentations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
- Prepare presentation slides as and when is required by your superior.
- Preparing Payment Requisition for payment purposes.
- Monitor payments with finance department for all vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
