Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Service Desk Analyst at Virtual Calibre Group in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and customer support services on a daily basis.

Qualifications
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Analytical Skills and Customer Service experience
  • Excellent Customer Support skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with SAP or other enterprise systems is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
