Job Overview:

Our company is transitioning from transactional product sales to offering a comprehensive rewards and incentive solution tailored for enterprise clients, and we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead this transformation. This role will focus on refining our brand positioning and creating impactful marketing messages and materials that effectively communicate the value of our solutions, aligning with our enterprise sales strategy across the region. Ideal for a ‘thinker’ and ‘doer,’ this newly created position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, young, and agile organization. You will be responsible for driving and executing the strategy, with support and resources to build and grow the team as needed, while leveraging your experience in reshaping brand messaging to position the company as a leader in the space. Initially, there are no team management duties, but you will be instrumental in establishing the function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that shifts brand perception from transactional products to enterprise-focused solutions.
  • Craft and deliver messaging that conveys our value as a rewards and incentive solution cloud for enterprise clients.
  • Design and optimise marketing materials, including presentations, promotion decks, and case studies, that resonate with enterprise audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication across the sales and product departments.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify and leverage key differentiators within the market.
  • Drive regional marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and enterprise client acquisition.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, with a strong background in enterprise branding, technology marketing, and solution selling.
  • Proven experience in positioning technology solutions to B2B enterprise clients, ideally in a cloud-based environment.
  • Strong regional marketing experience and an understanding of market nuances.
  • Proficiency in creating high-quality presentations, promotional materials, and brand positioning strategies.
  • Familiarity with the latest technology tools, digital marketing trends, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
