  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Position : Senior Account Executive - Credit Control (AR)

Location : HQ Shah Alam, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for meeting targets in monthly receivables and keeping bad debt to a minimum.
  • Follow up customer outstanding and monitoring branch (Follow up with PIC follow by branch).
  • Report any payment issue to management or to salesman / appropriate team
  • Look for ways to improve debt collection processes.
  • Monitoring ageing and all team members to follow the portfolio given.
  • Generate monthly SOA & Unpaid invoice and email to Kimberly Otomate to segregate by debtor code and email to customer.
  • Generate and review CTOS report when requested for new customer application.
  • Weekly & Monthly collection report.
  • Checking reconciliation with Account department overseas.
  • Monthly checking ageing to tally with TB.
  • Monthly checking for revenue/billing listing to tally with P&L.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignment.
  • Assist on audit inquiry when requested.

Requirements:-

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in managing Accounts Receivable.
  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Business Admin, or related studies.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skill.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
  • Team player who is dynamic and with mature personality, independent and able to multi-task work independently.
