TT Freight & Logistics is seeking a skilled Human Resource Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will support our HR functions, promote a positive workplace culture, and ensure smooth HR operations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations, addressing queries, conflicts, and performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company guidelines.
- Maintain employee records, benefits administration, and payroll support.
- Assist in performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate HR events and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare and present HR reports to management.
- Proven proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
