As a Pre-sales Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Development and Key Account Management teams across our overseas offices. You will also be supporting new and existing clients procure new payment products.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and manage sales leads by conducting market research and summarizing sales leads from external and internal channels

2. Support overseas merchant Business Development teams to convert qualified potential merchants to launching live transactions, including introducing sales solutions, collecting merchant requirements, assisting in contract signing, onboarding, account opening and channel configuration

3. Follow up with inquires after account go-live with our acquiring solution

4. Revisit client needs and find opportunities to up-sell, increasing transaction volumes

Requirement:

1. More than 3 years of work experience in a payment company, in sales related roles, such as merchant BD or account management

2. Familiar with the sales workflow, with basic market and data analysis capabilities

3. Self-driven with excellent stakeholder management skills

4. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate with our Mandarin speaking stakeholders
