Key Responsibilities:
- Taking the initiative to reach out to our group of leads/clients daily, to enhance our client’s satisfaction level and build lasting clients’ relationship.
- Develop creative strategies to bring in new clients as well as to retain existing clients.
- Providing best in class experience to both existing and new clients on their on-boarding journey, advising
- product related solutions and follow-up with clients diligently.
- Reviewing clients’ investment portfolios and risk profiles regularly.
- Ensure all enquiry through various sources are being attended to promptly.
- Understand clients’ requirements and expectations & convey accurate information/solutions in an efficient & effective manner.
- Updating clients on our product management changes as well as market trends or events.
- Maintain and update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools regularly, to ensure all leads &
- clients are attended to.
- Always ready to provide customers’ feedback, your suggested solutions or recommendations to the Client Relationship Manager and other stakeholders within the company.
- Achieve monthly targets or complete any assigned tasks by the Client Relationship Manager or Team Leader.
Key Requirements:
- Good knowledge of how CFD products (ie: Foreign-Exchange Currencies, Indices, Bonds, Metals, Commodities, Shares, ETFs, and Cryptocurrencies) work. Candidates with prior investing or trading experience would be an added advantage.
- Preferably has 1-2 working years within the securities or FX industry.
- At least 2 years of client relationship management experience, preferably 1 year working in a financial
- product trading or financial brokerage environment.
- a minimum of diploma or above.
- strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills, decision making skills, presentation skills.
- strong team member & an excellent communicator.
- the drive to work in a fast-paced and dynamic global fintech company.
- The ability to communicate well via various communication channels. Proficient in two or more languages besides English will be preferred. (French/Italian/Spanish/Arabic)
- Possess characteristic traits such as (ie: patience, team player, initiative, resourcefulness, perseverance, adaptability, playing above the line, no lay blame, unlearn & relearn).
