Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at CXM in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends, presenting solutions to clients, and contributing to the overall business development strategy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1year experience in Forex and Brokerage Industry
  • Only open to Malaysian and candidate with valid Malaysia Working Permit
  • Strong Sale, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
  • Market analysis, Strategy development, and Solution presentation skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the forex or financial industry IS A MUST
  • Knowledge of trading platforms and financial products
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
