Role Overview: We're seeking a highly experienced HR professional to join our team as a Consultant. This role involves providing top-notch support and counseling to clients in career transition, helping them to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and achieve their career goals. This role is also a great fit for a retired HR professional or Senior Management Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one career counseling and support to clients
- Facilitate career transition programs and workshops
- Assist clients in identifying their strengths, interests and career aspirations
- Develop customized career transition plans for clients
- Provide guidance on resume writing, job search strategies and interview preparation
- Collaborate with clients to overcome career-related challenges and achieve their goals
Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on career development and counseling
- Extensive experience in a leadership role within a multinational corporation (MNC)
- Proven track record in delivering effective career transition support and counseling
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Adept at developing and implementing strategic career transition plans
