Responsibilities
- Set and Decompose Sales Targets: Based on the company's business plan, establish the annual regional business plan, break it down to individual stores, and guide store managers in decomposing quarterly, monthly, and daily sales targets to ensure the achievement of various business indicators.
- Guide and Improve Retail Terminal Management: Following the retail management standards and norms issued by the company, guide store managers in implementing these at their retail outlets, conduct related training, and provide effective support to enhance the brand image of the retail outlets and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators.
- Coordinate and Enhance Merchandise Operation Management: Based on the company's merchandise planning and promotion requirements, and considering regional sales performance, develop merchandise branding and promotional strategies, and coordinate related matters during the management process to effectively enhance the efficiency of merchandise operation management.
- Manage Sales Operation Data: Based on regional sales performance, provide timely and accurate operational data for the area under supervision, ensuring that the merchandise operations department can effectively track and analyze inventory status and make informed merchandise management decisions.
- Control Terminal Operation Management Costs: Analyze various operational indicators in accordance with the annual operational cost budget and related financial management systems, identify and control issues during the cost operation process to ensure operational costs are effectively controlled within the budget.
- Manage and Improve the Organization, Enhance Team Capability: According to the company's talent development plan, organize and plan subordinate employees' work plans, provide effective guidance in work attitude and professionalism, and ensure the construction of the talent pipeline meets the overall business development needs of the company.
Requirements
- Graduate with a bachelor's degree in operations management or any business-related course.
- At least 5 years of previous experience in store operations, visual merchandising or retail training as a manager.
- At least 3 years of previous work experience in a retail setting, from luxury brands are advantageous.
- Coordinate and communicate clearly between local and regional team.
- Highly motivated, strong leadership skills, ability to spot trends, organized in work functions.
- Ability to develop, mentor and coach sales team, promote teamwork.
- Passionate about sports is a must.
