In this role, your excellent communication skills and marketing expertise will shine as you build strong relationships with our clients and ensure their needs are met. We're looking for a sociable, creative individual who can bring fresh ideas and energy to our team.
As our Account Executive, you will:
- Serve as the main client liaison, ensuring timely project and campaign delivery while addressing client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular updates and strategic guidance.
- Develop content strategies, oversee copywriting, and collaborate with designers for creative solutions.
- Create proposals and deliver pitches to potential clients, while staying informed on industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Relevant experience in digital account management, client servicing, copywriting, marketing, or related fields from internships or entry-level roles.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
