IT Manager - Software (HQ Office)

Responsibilities: • Reports to the Group IT Manager. • Responsible for the overall IT functions –Project Implementation (including CCTV, etc.), System Engineering - Servers, Firewall, VPN, Network – including cabling. • Responsible to identify, propose and initiate improvement action(s) on Technical, Website, Project Implementation, System Engineering, Network, and maintenance issues. • Responsible to develop, evaluate, and action IT-related operation methods, processes, equipment capabilities, quality standards, cost, and systems to exceed Company expectations. • Ensure that all IT Operation activities under your charge are performed in the most effective and efficient manner. Sets targets for the team members and provides necessary coaching to further optimize performance. • Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to. • Candidates with TELCO exposure are preferred. • Candidates must possess Property Development/Hospitality/Tourism industry exposure. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Networking / System Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years of working experience, result-oriented and is capable of a global approach to IT management in the Property Development, Hospitality & Tourism industry. • Knowledge in research, implementation, management, and maintenance is a prerequisite
