- Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, databases, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Assist with office management tasks, including procurement and vendor coordination.

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Language required: Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices.
- Proficiency in HR software, administrative tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
