  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

2. Coordinate with Operations Teams: - Act as the liaison between the field operations team and office staff to ensure smooth communication. - Work closely with field teams to collect on-site data, such as weight details, images, and materials tracking. - Address any discrepancies or issues related to materials, weight data, or documentation between field and office.

3. Maintain Records and Documentation: - Keep up-to-date records of raw materials, goods in transit, and inventory levels. - Archive and file all raw materials and finished goods documentation for future reference and compliance purposes. - Ensure that all documents are accurately stored, easily accessible, and compliant with company policies or regulations.

4. Invoicing and Reporting: - Generate and issue invoices based on materials weight, quantities, and delivery details. - Ensure invoicing data is accurate and aligned with the inventory and weight records. - Prepare regular reports on materials usage, invoicing status, and inventory levels for management.

5. Data Analysis and Issue Resolution: - Review and analyze operational data for accuracy, identifying any discrepancies in materials or invoicing. - Resolve issues related to materials tracking, weight discrepancies, or documentation gaps. - Report on material usage trends, inventory needs, and invoicing discrepancies to relevant teams.
