- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer-related problems.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including initial client contact, follow-up, and closing.
- Generate new leads and identify new business opportunities through various channels such as social media marketing, referrals, and networking events.
- Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and training sessions to stay informed and expand your network.
- To report to the superior on the work progress from time to time.
- Minimum education is SPM
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous working experience in customer service is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Knowledge in handling basic computers(Microsoft Excel/Word).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
