  • Input and generate invoicing, receipts and debtors report using SQL/Sage UBS accounting software
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Key in disbursements vouchers using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Liaise with customers on billing issues
  • Collection and ensure customers pay on timely basis
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and arrange for servicing of office equipment
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, photocopying, binding, scanning etc
  • Receive, sort and distribute the mails and couriers including arranging for pick up
  • Check employees' leave forms and maintain leave record
  • Create new emails and scanning accounts for new employees
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Admin or with related experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
  • Pro-active and self motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team
  • Knowledge of SQL/Sage UBS accounting software and information technology
