- Input and generate invoicing, receipts and debtors report using SQL/Sage UBS accounting software
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Key in disbursements vouchers using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Liaise with customers on billing issues
- Collection and ensure customers pay on timely basis
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and arrange for servicing of office equipment
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, photocopying, binding, scanning etc
- Receive, sort and distribute the mails and couriers including arranging for pick up
- Check employees' leave forms and maintain leave record
- Create new emails and scanning accounts for new employees
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Admin or with related experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- Pro-active and self motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team
- Knowledge of SQL/Sage UBS accounting software and information technology
