1. Design, plan, implement and monitor farm flock health program. 2. Implements and monitors quality management policies/procedures and flock health & disease control measures to ensure high performance and high standards of product quality. 3. Maintain good level of hygiene and biosecurity measurements in the farms (this includes checking on any inadequacy, advising farm management for improvement and conduct training/awareness program to the workers.) 4. Supervise the work process of vaccination of chicks. 5. Routinely checking the health of livestock and ensure good farm flock health conditions and feeding practices. 6. Enforce farm sanitation practice to prevent the spread of disease. 7. Troubleshoot and advise on illness symptoms and disease. 8. Responsible for farm compliance issues on audit and regulatory requirement. 9. Conduct internal audit to evaluate farming practices, flock health conditions to ensure good farming practices and good farm performance. 10. Diagnosing illnesses (including post-mortem of ill chickens) and prescribing medication or recommending appropriate vaccinations and other disease control measures so as to avoid the spreading of diseases. 11. Ensure that the farm production outputs & byproducts quality and food safety comply to government agencies regulations and standards. (DVS, DOE, etc.) 12. Trouble shoot and take correction action on all quality related non-compliances, coordinate with sales team to resolve customer complaints. 13. Laise with external parties i.e.: government agencies i.e.: DVS and auditor for routine audit/inspection or spot check. 14. Perform other tasks given by superior.
