Job Description To provide Level 1 Service Desk To handle call and other alternative channels for all incoming request for IT support and resolve network, hardware and software issue within Level 1 scope of work Requirement: Minimum Diploma (fresh grad) or SPM with 3 years relevant working experience. Preferably in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field Able to speak, write & read in English & Mandarin Familiar with Taiwan Zhuyin keyboard. Able to work as early as 6.00am - to support Australia market Benefits: Basic salary + allowances (Shift allowance, performance bonus, language allowance, transport allowance, attendance incentive) Medical coverage Annual leave & statutory Operation Hours : 6.00 am to 6.00 pm (2 shift interval). During Australia Daylight savings. Operation Hours :5.00am to 6.00pm (+OT for 5am + (8GMT))
