Site Supervisor

a) To monitor the monthly progress; b) To prepare and submit Site Daily Report; c) To check discrepancies between BQ and structural and architectural drawings; d) To prepare the monthly weather report; e) To liaise and to work together with the Sub-contractors; f) To liaise with the consultant or its representatives; g) To monitor and approved requisition of usage of material for Sub-contractors. h) To report and update the Site Manager or Project Manager on the progress of the project. i) To check, coordinate & monitor daily construction activities at the site; j) To take daily photos of Site Progress; k) To check & acknowledge receipt of materials delivered at the site; l) To assist in the preparation of the monthly progress report. m) To assist in the preparation of progress claim. n) Any other duties deemed necessary to fulfil the requirements of the job. Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
