  • Attend to all (internal & external) customers’ service/ repair needs with specific business criteria.
  • Compulsory to follow VCM customer care processes from appointments to post service follow up and achieve the targeted customer post service follow up and retention rate.
  • Conduct RATC.
  • Manage Work in Progress (WIP), Back Orders Not Released (BONR) and all customer complaints.
  • Communicate and liaise with HOCS on major issues to resolve all complaints amicably and timely.
  • Work as a TEAM to resolve all daily operations effective and efficiently and take part and role in all events or activities conducted by SDSA.
  • Ensure self-grooming and cleanliness (personal, workstation and surrounding) are at the highest standards.
  • Reconfirm vehicle without overdue oil service, history checked, expiry of warranty period, approval gain from VCM before any recommendation of parts replacement.
  • Ensure all operational documents are correct and complete and within EDMS and GCAD compliance.
  • To carry out other operational duties required and as requested by leader or superior.
