- Attend Roadshow, Trade Show and Event.
- Maintaining and updating the company database, prepare regular reports that assigned.
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals as assigned.
- Manage and control inventory and logistics.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Ability to prioritize work and multitask to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Account field or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English communication and writing.
- Relevant work experience is preferred.
- Skills and abilities: listening and communication, problem-solving, clear thinking.
- Possess own transport.
- 2 years of work experience in office administration, HR, or Purchasing is preferred.
- Experience in continuous process improvement is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to work with team members in a collaborative manner.
- Strong working knowledge of computer systems.
- Competent in using MS Word and Excel for daily tasks.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English.
