  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
  • Dealing with email enquiries.
  • Data entry (sales figures, internal billing, fulfilment centre system etc).
  • General office management such as ordering stationary. Manage, monitor, update stocks of office supplies and order when there is a shortage.
  • Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers.
  • Arranging both internal and external events.
  • Maintaining the company social media accounts.
  • Providing administration support to Sales Representative, Sales Executives, Managers and Senior Management, Purchasing including mailing, scanning, letters, travel and appointment arrangement.
  • Handle Customer Service & Complaint.
  • Attend Roadshow, Trade Show and Event.
  • Maintaining and updating the company database, prepare regular reports that assigned.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and proposals as assigned.
  • Manage and control inventory and logistics.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize work and multitask to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Account field or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English communication and writing.
  • Relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Skills and abilities: listening and communication, problem-solving, clear thinking.
  • Possess own transport.
  • 2 years of work experience in office administration, HR, or Purchasing is preferred.
  • Experience in continuous process improvement is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work with team members in a collaborative manner.
  • Strong working knowledge of computer systems.
  • Competent in using MS Word and Excel for daily tasks.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English.
