Retail Executive
- Promote products and services to customers, clearly explaining features, benefits, and answering any questions they may have.
- Stay informed about the latest products and services to ensure accurate, knowledgeable communication with customers.
- Monitor stock levels, and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.
- Keep accurate records of daily sales and promotions, and provide management with regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant insights.
- Ensure customers receive exceptional service, promptly addressing any complaints or concerns.
- Build and maintain a strong presence of the CaseValker brand, delivering high-quality services to all customers.

Your journey begins with a comprehensive training session where a senior team member will introduce you to our products and provide you with all the necessary information. After this onboarding session, your team lead will guide you from day one, providing hands-on support as you interact with walk-in customers—you're never alone in this! Your team lead will also act as your mentor, offering assistance and clarification on any work-related matters. Additionally, you'll participate in various internal sessions and discussions on market analysis and sales challenges. You'll also be expected to contribute actively to brainstorming sessions and decision-making meetings.
