Sales Consultant
- Conduct presentations to clients, one-on-one or to a group of audience
- Interact and presentation to customers to know about their needs, requirements, budgetary limits, creating solutions and note down customers needs or requirements.
- Generate quotation based on client's needs
- Be responsible for the development of sales as a team to meet annual sales objectives; meet or exceed sales targets for a mix of products and services related.
- Coordinate with other teams to solve problems when required
- Prepare cost estimates and fast quotations for the homeowners
- Able to specifying materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing fixtures & etc (preferably)
- Perform after sales service and acquire testimonial from customer
- Be responsible for providing pre and post-sales service to customers i,e. project planning, issue proposal and quotation. Perform site measurement and regular site visits on every project.
- Be responsible in charge of payment collections via online transfer/ credit card payment.
- Weekly monitor & weekly site meeting; participate in any meeting and training required by HOD or management.
- Provide professional advice on space planning, knowledge, material specifications and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Generating leads from social media, booths and other channels
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
