Keep a track record of leaves such as sick or maternity 2. Take meeting minute notes 3. Brings issues to managers notice 4. Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department 5. Calculate staff entitlements such as annual leaves 6. Assist payroll department by providing employee information on leaves and employee benefits 7. Maintain and update physical & digital employee records 8. Revise and suggest changes in company policies 9. Supervise new employee onboarding, prepare offer documentation and conduct orientation sessions 10. Basic knowledge of the recuirement process 11. Good problem-solving skills 12. Help in new employee onboarding and develop documentation ADMIN : Office Management - company profile, ROC Licensing (application, updating, maintenance) Vendor Registration Staff Training Compliance (Act) Utilities Contract Company asset - vehicle, electronic, building, PPE etc Staff Travelling
