Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a company's human resources department. The primary authority on all HR activities and matters; 2. Monitor & top-up daily/monthly staff and office supply requested; 3. Prepare Company Staff Employment Booklet; 4. Ensure compliance with all LOCAL employment laws and regulations; 5. Stay updated on changes in LOCAL work legislation and industry standards; 6. Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees; 7. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures; 8. Design and run employee training and development programs; 9. Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information and updating HR database; 10. Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues; 11. Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management; 12. Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations; 13. Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll; 14. Develop employee recognition and rewards programs; 15. Oversee and manage employee wellness and safety programs; 16. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees; 17. Negotiate and manage labour contracts and collective bargaining agreements; 18. Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes; 19. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees; 20. Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management; AND 21.
