The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. They will assist the management, staff, and customers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and can manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and filing documents. Handle inquiries from students, parents, and staff, and direct them to the appropriate department. Maintain accurate records, update student information, and assist in the preparation of reports. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Support the academic and marketing teams with day-to-day tasks and coordination. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management. Qualifications: Minimum SPM or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
