  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and phone screening to assess candidate suitability
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing clear and timely updates and feedback

  • Coordinate with various departments to complete necessary documentation and orientation
  • Support AIC program to identify, attract and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organization
  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any related fields
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin
  • Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
