- Define a training schedule facing the challenges of different professionals availability
- Ensure proper registration of trainings in the system with traceability and adherence to Standards
- Coordinate different departments in the analysis of skill gaps and definition of the training plans
- Coordinate and execute Technical Trail, HSE and Training program.
- Ensure approaches for Leadership, Method and Technical development
- Prepare and managing the annual budget for cost and investments related to training center an people development.
- Coordinate the internal trainers ensuring their capacitation and alignment to requirements
- Develop and create educational programs working in interface with Human Resources area and Department Managers.
- Coordinate the physical installations of Training Center providing maintenance and resources
- Responsible by Training Center KPI’s – Keys Performance Indicators monitoring and evolution.
- Ensure alignment to Global Human Resources Norms and instructions regarding training and people development in company.
- Minimum of 5 years in education, learning or training development / coordination in industrial environment or similar
- Fluent in Bahasa and English
- Preferably with Train the Trainer (TTT) certificate
- Proven work experience in Training methodology, Learning & Development and System and Process
