Position Summary
We are seeking a visionary Creative Manager to lead our creative team and drive innovative, forward-thinking marketing strategies. Beyond their creative responsibilities, the candidate will also lead the development and execution of the roadmap for the eCommerce and Holiday business units. This involves close collaboration with both direct and indirect teams, including but not limited to product and digital marketing, performance and media, merchant/partnerships, digital and customer support teams. Key Accountability
- Recruit, train and lead a team of creative professionals to deliver exceptional output for the LTS Business Unit while fostering collaboration.
- Provide strategic guidance on creative initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and developing a cohesive vision for marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media and video.
- Generate innovative ideas to enhance creative implementation and adopt a digital-first approach.
- Collaborate with product and digital marketing teams to design integrated advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct post-mortem performance reviews to evaluate campaign effectiveness using key metrics and market research to inform strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields.
- More than 10 years.
- Digital experience particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging technologies. Solid understanding of design, copy and web practices. Excellent working knowledge of software such as Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, etc. Outstanding leadership and organisation skills. .
- Excellent written and communication skills, along with interpersonal skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various platforms and campaigns.
- Highly goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
- Capable of leading and inspiring the team while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Possess strong analytical skills, leveraging data and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Knowledgeable in marketing strategies, channels, branding, social media, performance, finance and sales.
- Detail-oriented, with good organizational skills-Time Management and Task Management.
