- Managing and supervising a team of construction workers, tradespeople, and subcontractors on site.
- Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and procedures to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Monitoring work progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates to the Project Manager and resolve any concerns on site.
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reporting on project progress.
- Minimum Education: SPM / Diploma
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction leadership role.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent site management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example.
- Working hours: 8am to 5pm, include Saturday
